1. Music Vocal (Theory & Practical) ·         Ability to sing drut compositions with basic elaborative techniques.·         Ability to gain understanding of vocal dynamics.·         Ability to articulate basic music theory in Indian music·         Ability to understand nuances of Raga sangeet.·         Ability to sing basic compositions in prescribed ragas·          Preliminary knowledge of laya tala concept in Hindustani classical Music.·         The students will observe the great contributions of Pt. Paluskar& Pt. Bhatkhande and they will be able to read & write compositions by studying.·         The students will develop the ability to sing basic alankaras, they will be introduced to Chhota khayal which is the most important and popular form of Hindustani Vocal Music.·         Establishing the foundation of Rhythm and tempo with the study of basic Talas and Layakaris , the students will be able to gather confidence.·         The students will be able to acquire basic knowledge of various kinds of notation, read notation as well as write notation of various Gat/Bandish based on the ragas mentioned in the syllabus.
Attainment ·         Department organizes various seminars and webinars to give students more insightful vision while performing on stage.·         Students are motivated to participate in various inter-college competitions and reality shows.·         Continuous Internal/External Assessments to provide valuable feedback to students.·         Students are made aware about the vast scope in singing and they can opt to be performing artist in near future.
2.   ·         The students will be able to study and evaluate life stories of the legendary musicians &will get inspiration from their lives.·         Ability to have an enhanced perspective of raga interpretation·         Ability to have a fundamental understanding of vilambit khayal with formation of Alaap and Tans .·         Ability to have a wider repertoire width within Hindustani music genres·         The students will be able to analyze the origin and evolution of Tala.·         The students will be able to describe the various terminologies of Indian classical music.·         The students will be able to acquire knowledge of various kinds of notation, read notation as well as write notation of various Gat/Bandishes based on the ragas mentioned in the syllabus. 
Attainments ·         *Workshops regarding understanding of the voice culture helps the students to learn the various techniques of voice modulations and various Gayan shellies of Indian music.·         Workshops related to enhancement of different styles of singing to help the students to improve the standard of singing.·         Students are made aware about the vast scope in singing and they can opt to be performing artist in near future.·         Continuous Internal/External Assessments to provide valuable feedback to students.
3.   ·         The students will be able to acquire knowledge of various kinds of notation, read notation as well as write notation of various Gat/Bandishes based on the ragas mentioned in the syllabus.·         Knowledge of Tarana ,Dhrupad  and Dhamar with different   laykaries will be taught.·         To study of various Historical Granthas.·
