1 Psychology BA I Sem I General Psychology – I Ø  The course introduces to the students the general concepts and historical viewpoints in General Psychology. The course also enables students to understand different areas like emotion, motivation, etc.Ø  Practical knowledge about various topics like Level of Aspiration, Facial expressions in emotions, Measurement of motivation and Zeigarnik effect is also given to the students.
2 Psychology BA I Sem II General Psychology - II Ø  The course introduces to the students the principles and theories in different areas like personality and intelligence. The course also introduces the concept of growth and development and also elementary statistics.Ø  Along with this, conduction of various types of intelligence tests (verbal, non-verbal and performance) and personality tests is taught to the students.
3 Psychology BA II Sem III Experimental Psychology - I Ø  The course introduces the general concepts and historical viewpoints in experimental psychology. The students also get an understanding of various concepts of experimental psychology such as Nervous System, Psychophysics, Sensation and Learning.Ø  Experimental knowledge is given with the help of apparatus to understand concepts like Two Point Threshold, Muller Lyer Illusion, Maze Learning and Bilateral Transfer of Training.
4 Psychology BA II Sem IV Experimental Psychology - II Ø  The course gives an understanding of the principles and theories in different areas like Memory, Perception, Attention, Thinking, Problem Solving and Creativity. The course will also give an insight into various statistics topics such as Normal Probability Curve, Hypothesis Testing and Chi-square test.Ø  To understand the above theoretical topics practically, various practicals are conducted such as Division of Attention, Comparing Recall and Recognition as Measures of Memory, Retroactive Interference and Concept Formation.
5 Psychology BA III Sem V Clinical Psychology Ø  The course will enable the students to get an introductory knowledge about Clinical Psychology. Students will also have some knowledge about stress and coping; and will get acquainted with elementary inferential statistics.Ø  To understand the branch of clinical psychology various tests like Adjustment Inventory, Mental Health Inventory, Sentence Completion Test and Word Association Test are taught which helps them in their future jobs as clinical psychologists.
6 Psychology BA III Sem VI Behavioural Disorders Ø  The course will enable the students to get the knowledge about dynamics of some of the behavioural disorders and therapies.Ø  Various tests like Depression Inventory, State Trait Anxiety Inventory, Self Efficacy and Aggression Scale are used which helps in diagnosing various behavioural problems in an individual.

It will also help them to gain fundamental understanding of well-being and happiness in the context of positive psychology. It equips students with the skill and competence to apply positive psychology principles in a range of environments to increase individual and collective wellbeing.
3 PsychologyHonours BA III Sem V Psychological Testing Ø  The course gives an understanding about history, importance and classification of psychological testing and provides students with knowledge and procedure of test construction and standardization.
4 PsychologyHonours BA III Sem VI Counselling and Organizational Psychology Ø  The course helps students to understand the conceptual difference between counseling and psychotherapy. It gives knowledge about techniques and implication of applied counseling skills in areas of practice. Along with this, it helps students to learn about employee motivation and job satisfaction. Students will be able to diagnose the childhood disorders and understand etiology, prevalence rate of childhood disorders.

Attainment:
After the completion of graduation in Psychology, students can pursue PG in Psychology.
