  • Grasping the role of Union Executive and State Executive.
  • Understanding the in-built control mechanisms over constitutional bodies in particular and administration in general.

  • Gaining insights about composition, role, functions and resources of Panchayati Raj Institutions and Urban Local Bodies with special reference to Punjab.
